Her Soul Knows

She didn’t lose herself.
She buried herself to keep everyone else comfortable.

And no one noticed. Not even her.

I know how this feels.

You wake up and the first feeling isn’t even a thought yet. It’s weight. Before your eyes are open, your body already knows what today is going to cost her.

You say “I’m fine” so often it doesn’t even feel like a lie anymore. It just feels like breathing.

You lie awake and your mind won’t stop negotiating with your life. Rearranging it. Trying to figure out which piece to move so the whole thing stops feeling so heavy.

You realise at 9pm that you haven’t eaten today. Not because you forgot. Because you were the last person on your own list ... again.

And underneath all of that ... there’s something you can’t name. A hollowness. A distance from yourself that gets wider every year. And a quiet terror that this might be all there is.

It’s like you’re standing in your own life watching it happen to someone else. Like the woman everyone sees isn’t the woman you actually are. And you’ve been performing her for so long ... you’re not sure who’s underneath anymore.

And carrying her ... she’s heavy.

You’re tired. And not the kind of tired that sleep fixes.

The tired that lives in your bones. In your chest. In the tight smile you put on before you leave the house every morning.
You’re functioning. But not living.

And the painful part is ... you’ve been trying. You know you have.

The affirmations. The therapy that helped you understand it but never quite touched the thing underneath. The books stacked on the nightstand. The meditation app you downloaded and opened twice. The journaling you start and stop. The wine. The busyness. The convincing yourself it’s not that bad.

None of it has touched it. And it’s not because you haven’t tried hard enough. It’s because no one ever showed you how.

No one ever showed you how to come home to your body. How to feel what you feel without performing it or fixing it or making it palatable for someone else.

You were taught how to be good. How to be helpful. How to be liked. You were never taught how to be yourself.

And everything you’ve tried has asked you to think your way home to yourself. But you can’t think your way out of something that lives in your body.

The disconnection you’re feeling didn’t start with a bad habit or a wrong decision. It started the moment you learned that being yourself wasn’t safe. That being too much, too sensitive, too honest, too loud, too soft ... wasn’t welcome. So you tucked her away. And you became whoever the world needed you to be.

And that’s what’s actually been running underneath this whole time.

It’s not a lack of willpower. And it’s not a flaw. You’re a woman who abandoned herself to survive. And kept abandoning herself long after the survival was necessary.

I want to be honest with you about something.

If you don’t do this work, nothing terrible happens.

You keep going. You keep functioning. You keep showing up for everyone. You get another promotion or another year older or have another quiet Sunday where you wonder why you feel so far away from your own life. Nothing breaks. Not visibly.

But your body knows. She always has.

And the longer you ignore her, the louder she becomes. Until the day you wake up and realise ... you don’t remember the last time you felt like yourself. The last time you laughed without performing it. Or what your own voice sounds like when no one’s asking anything of you.

And this doesn’t stay yours.

The women around you. The ones watching you shrink. The ones learning that love looks like self-erasure. They’re learning from you. The same way you learned from the women who came before you.

But you already know all of this. That’s why you’re still reading.

Something in you is ready for a different way. A truer way. A way that feels like yours.

Amanda on the beach

My name is Amanda.

A few years ago, my life collapsed. And it wasn’t slow or graceful.

Everything I’d built ... my identity, my certainty, the life I thought was mine ... was being stripped away all at once.

I became anxious in a way I’d never experienced before. I felt my heart racing and the weight of an elephant sitting on my chest in equal measure. I was spiralling and nothing felt real. To make things worse, I couldn’t find the words to explain what was happening because it felt like I was losing my mind.

I now call that time The Void.

But back then it didn’t have a name. It was just emptiness. Hollowness. Living in the in-between. I was watching my life happen around me while nothing made sense anymore.

And I tried everything.

The affirmations that felt hollow because I didn’t believe what I was saying. The self-help books that made perfect sense but never reached my body. The podcasts I’d get stuck in a loop listening to. The strategies that seemed to work for everyone else. I could explain what was wrong with me in clinical detail. But none of it was touching the thing underneath.

Because the thing underneath wasn’t in my mind. It was in my body. And no matter what I was telling myself, my nervous system was always responding to the decades of conditioning that had taught me to abandon myself in order to be loved.

Amanda at the beach

The moment everything changed wasn’t dramatic. It was quiet.

I stopped trying to think my way through my pain. And I started feeling my way back instead.

And it was weird. And strange and unlike anything I had ever done before. I stumbled through practices that made me feel ridiculous. And I was not prepared for what I found. The rage I didn’t know I was carrying. The grief I’d been too afraid to name, let alone feel. The little girl who learned to be quiet. The woman who forgot what joy felt like.

I made one decision. To listen to my body. And I never looked back.

Healing isn’t linear. It isn’t fast. And it’s messy. But it’s also sacred and beautiful and something you can only truly understand once you’ve experienced it.

Somewhere in that process ... I found her. The woman I’d unknowingly abandoned. The woman I’d been before the world told me who to be.

And I walked away from a seventeen-year career.
And I built this.

Not because I had it all figured out. But because I knew, in my body, in my bones, that the path I walked didn’t exist anywhere in one place. There was no single programme that held all of it. The nervous system work. The somatic healing. The attachment repair. The inner child reconnection. The shadow work. The identity rebuilding. The spiritual depth.

I had to piece it together from a hundred different sources over years of searching.

So I built the thing I wished had existed when I was on the floor of my own collapse. The guided, held, sacred journey from disconnection back to self. Not through more thinking. But through the body. Through the soul. Through the kind of deep, honest, soulful work that changes how you feel when you wake up in the morning.

I call it The Sacred Return.

Because that’s what it is. A return. To yourself. And to the truth of who you’ve always been.

It’s not something you do. It’s someone you become. And it happens at the pace your soul can truly receive.

How It Unfolds

Six stages. Twenty-four modules. Moving in the order your body is able to receive them.

Stage 1: The Disconnection

Meeting the collapse. Finding safety in your own body.

This is where we begin. Not with strategy. Not with goals. With safety. Because nothing else moves until your nervous system knows it’s allowed to.

Stage 2: The Protective Self

Unmasking the survival roles. Healing the wounds underneath.

Once you feel safe enough to look, we look. At the masks you’ve been wearing. The patterns you didn’t choose. The mother wound. The father wound. The places you learned that love was conditional. This stage is tender. And it’s where things start to shift.

Stage 3: The Return

Remembering her. Reparenting her. Reclaiming joy.

This is the heart of it. You’ll meet your inner child. Not as a concept. As a living presence who has been waiting a long time to be seen. And somewhere in this stage, your joy reawakens.

Stage 4: Inner Authority

Trusting your body. Meeting your shadow. Discovering your design.

This is where you remember what you’ve always known. You’ll learn to trust your intuition again. You’ll meet the parts of yourself you’ve been hiding from. The rage. The grief. The longing. And you’ll find out they were never the problem. And you’ll meet your Human Design. A living map of how you were built to move through the world.

Stage 5: Embodiment

Turning healing into daily devotion.

The energy shifts here. The deepest work is behind you. This is where you begin living it. This is where the work stops being something you do, and starts being something you are.

Stage 6: Integration

Truth over trauma. Stepping into the woman you’ve been becoming.

This is where it all comes together. Not as a destination. As a way of living. And in the final module, you’ll meet her. The woman you’ve been becoming all along.

Why you won’t find a group chat inside

Have you ever walked into a room that was supposed to help you heal and felt your body do the opposite?

Tighten. Close off. Shut down.

I have.

Some women heal beautifully in group spaces. The connection. The witnessing. The being held. For them, that’s exactly what they need.

But not every woman is built that way.

Maybe you’re the woman who can’t soften in front of strangers. Maybe you’re the introvert who needs silence and solitude to process anything real. Maybe you’re the extrovert who can talk about everyone else’s pain but freezes when the spotlight turns to hers. Maybe you just don’t want to cry on a Tuesday night Zoom call with fourteen women you’ve never met.

Or maybe you’ve done the group thing. You’ve sat in the circle. You’ve shared when it was your turn. And you left feeling more drained than when you arrived because you spent the whole time managing everyone else’s energy instead of tending to your own.

I built The Sacred Return for all of her.

The woman who needs to process on her living room floor at midnight. The woman who wants to pause the video and sit with something for three days before she moves on. The woman who needs to cry without an audience. The woman who wants to look silly doing a somatic practice without worrying about her camera being on.

No group calls. No community chat. No scheduled sessions.
No performing your healing for anyone.

Just you. The work. And the space to finally be honest without an audience.

That’s not a gap in this programme. That’s the whole point of it.

How You’ll Be Held

Every module follows the same gentle rhythm. So your body learns the shape of what’s coming. And your nervous system can soften before your mind even catches up.

Each module begins with a video teaching from me. I share the framework, the stories, and the soul of each topic. And I weave my own journey through every one. Because when a woman hears another woman say I’ve been where you are, something in her body relaxes.

From there, you choose your practice. Every module offers three tiers. A gentle entry. A grounded weekly practice. And a deeper ceremonial experience. You’ll always have a choice. And every choice is enough.

On your hardest day, there’s a practice small enough to ground you. On your strongest day, there’s something that takes you deeper. Both are a way home to yourself.

In the earlier stages, several practices are audio-guided. Because sometimes you need a voice alongside you. As your inner guidance strengthens, the practices shift to self-led.

By the end, you’ll know how to hold yourself.

Each module also comes with journal prompts. Quiet ones. The kind that don’t ask you to perform.

And every stage has its own workbook to hold your reflections, your realisations, and your unfolding.

There is no falling behind. No catching up. Just you, meeting yourself where you are.

This programme is intentionally self-led. Each stage unlocks after four weeks. Not to slow you down. But to give the work time to land in your body before the next layer arrives.

Because your return moves at the pace your body trusts.

Where I Live Now

I want to tell you what’s on the other side of this work. Because when I was where you are, I needed someone to show me it was possible.

My life today is unrecognisable from the one I described at the top of this page. Not because I’ve achieved some glossy, curated existence. But because I actually live in it.

I wake up without an alarm and trust my body to tell me what she needs. My mornings are slow. A warm cup of tea. The sun spilling over my balcony. Birds in the trees.

My days are spent doing the work that I love, in a body that I trust, in a life that finally feels like mine.

I built Her Soul Knows. Not from a business plan. But from something much quieter than that. A knowing in me that this was what I was here to do.

My life doesn’t look like what the world told me it should by now. I’m not married. I don’t have children.

And for a long time, I thought that meant something was wrong with me. But on the other side of this work, I understand, deeply, in my body, that my life is exactly as it was meant to be. By choice. By alignment. By the values I uncovered slowly and now refuse to abandon.

That’s what this work gave me. Not a perfect life. A true one.

Your Investment

If you’re the woman this was built for, there’s a good chance that spending money on yourself is one of the hardest things you do. You’ll cover the bill at dinner without blinking. You’ll replace something in the house before you’ll invest in something for yourself.

And when it comes to your healing, to the thing your body has been asking for, the voice shows up. The one that says: “You can’t justify this.”

I know that voice. I lived with her for years. And I want to gently say ... she’s part of the pattern too.

This is what it looks like to choose differently.

All options include every module, every practice, every workbook.

If you’ve ever waited three weeks for an appointment and wished you had something to reach for right now ... that’s what this is.

And this doesn’t end. The modules stay. The practices stay. The workbooks stay. You return to them in five years, in ten years, when life asks you a question you can’t answer with your mind. And the work meets you there.

Whatever woman you’ve become by then, she’ll always find her way home to herself here. The programme is yours to return to as many times as you need.

She’s been waiting for you to choose her.

If you’re feeling something right now ...a tightness in your chest ...a hesitation ...a quiet voice saying this isn’t the right time ...notice that. Because that voice is the one who always puts everyone else first.

Choosing yourself doesn’t always feel calm and certain. Sometimes it feels uncomfortable. Like stepping into something your whole system has been trained to talk you out of.

That discomfort isn’t a warning sign. It’s what it feels like to break a pattern.

You can close this page and go back to the life that brought you here. Nothing will change. You’ll be okay ...You’ve been okay for a long time. You know how to hold it all together.

Or you can choose something different.

Not because you feel ready. But because something in you has known since the first line of this page.

Want to experience it from the inside first?

You can begin with Stage 1: The Disconnection as a standalone experience for $197 USD. Four video modules, a full workbook with journal prompts, embodied practices, and guided audio. Permanent access. And if your body tells you she wants to keep going, your $200 is applied to your first payment of the full Sacred Return.

Questions You Might Be Holding

This is who I built it for. If you’ve done the therapy, read the books, understand your patterns intellectually, but your body hasn’t caught up yet. This is the gap I built this work to meet. The approach here is somatic, not cognitive. It goes where thinking can’t reach.

You don’t need to be. The language here is sacred but not religious. When I say soul, I mean the deepest, truest part of you, whatever that means in your world. The somatic work, the nervous system practices, the inner child reparenting. All of it is grounded in evidence-based approaches.

No. The Sacred Return is somatic, soulful, nervous-system based work. It sits beautifully alongside therapy, but it’s not a substitute for clinical mental health support. If you’re in a place where you need that kind of care right now, please reach out to a qualified professional first. This programme will be here when you’re ready.

Each module has a video teaching. Beyond that, you choose your tier. That could be two minutes on a hard day, or an hour on a spacious one. There’s no minimum weekly commitment. This is built for your life as it actually is.

Not at this stage. The Sacred Return is intentionally self-led. This work is deeply personal, and I wanted a space where you could move through it without performing for a group or comparing your pace to anyone else’s.

There is no behind. The programme is self-paced and yours for life. You move at the pace your body can receive.

That’s a wise question to be asking. The programme is trauma-informed from the ground up. Stage 1 begins with nervous system safety before anything else. The three tiers of practice mean you always choose the depth that matches your capacity that day. You won’t be taken further than you’re ready to go.

This is a commitment-based programme, so refunds aren’t offered for change of mind. I say that with love. I want you to make this decision slowly, honestly, and from your own knowing. Trust her with the answer.

If you’ve read this far, something in you already knows.

Trust her.

With love,

Amanda x
